Welcome to PrintOMS ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and print order management system service.

By accessing or using PrintOMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

3.1 Subscription Plans

PrintOMS offers various subscription plans with different features and limitations. You can review our pricing plans here.

3.2 Free Trial

We offer a 30-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.

3.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are in PHP (Philippine Peso) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due immediately upon subscription or renewal
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
• Taxes may apply based on your location

3.4 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will charge your payment method on file.

4.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

4.2 Refund Policy

• Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
• Annual subscriptions: Prorated refunds within 30 days of purchase
• No refunds after 30 days of annual subscription purchase
• Free trial cancellations do not require refunds

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will be immediately revoked.

You agree not to use PrintOMS for any unlawful purpose or in any way that:

• Violates any local, national, or international law
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmits harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Harasses, abuses, or harms others
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interferes with the proper functioning of the service
• Collects data from other users without consent
• Resells or redistributes our service without permission

6.1 Your Data

• You retain all rights to data you input into PrintOMS
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data
• We may access your data only to provide support or comply with legal obligations
• You can export your data at any time from your account

6.2 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that you use our service at your own risk.

The service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by PrintOMS and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission. All other trademarks not owned by us that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that:

• The service will be available 100% of the time
• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• Results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects in the service will be corrected

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintOMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data
• Any other matter relating to the service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrintOMS, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
